"We have nothing left"

Right now, little Aisha – and millions of children like her – face starvation and famine. They are literally at death’s door.

The size and scale of the emergency is enormous – with the UN describing it as the worst humanitarian crisis they’ve ever seen.

  •  War has torn apart their communities.
  • Famine has desolated their food sources.
  • Disease has entered their limited water supplies.

And that means children like two-year-old Aisha have almost no chance of survival unless the global community – including you and me – step in immediately to provide them with nutritious food and clean water.

Aisha, who lives in Kenya with her mother Jane, has been diagnosed with severe acute malnutrition, which means she faces the risk of death on a daily basis.

“Since she was born, my daughter has continued to lose weight, because she’s not getting proper food. We only have enough to eat plain rice once a day. If she gets diahorrea, she will not survive”, says Aisha’s mother.

“My daughter needs milk to drink and vegetables to eat. She’s not getting these things because of the drought here in our village. That’s why she’s losing weight. We are starving. We are dying. We have nothing.”

Jane knows Aisha doesn’t have long to live … unless help arrives immediately.

That’s why I’m asking you to act now.

Every $48 you give will help provide clean water and emergency food supplies like Unimix to three children in Ethiopia, South Sudan and Kenya facing unimaginable suffering and hardship.

Please make your urgent donation now to provide life-saving support to children and families in their greatest time of need.
