Sri Lankan teacher Mr Sivakumar has been teaching students for more than 14 years. Frustrated with current teaching methods, he’s looking forward to the ATLAS training and learning to teach in a more effective way.

“Even with the effort we put into teaching the kids, when the exam results are low, they are discouraged,” he says. “I feel the way a cricket coach feels when his team loses.”

“I believe these children have the capacity; they just need proper guidance.”

Mr Sivakumar knows his students have the potential to succeed and thanks to Kiwi supporters like you; he’ll be able to show them how!
