Danielle Cormack is one of New Zealand's best known actors having worked professionally in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. She has starred in many New Zealand, Australian and international films and television shows including recent hits Wentworth, Rake and Underbelly: Razor. In 2015, Danielle won a Logie Award for Most Outstanding Actress for her powerhouse performance in Wentworth. Danielle has also graced the stage in New Zealand and Australia.
Danielle is a proud mother of two boys and since 2005 she has sponsored a young girl in Uganda. In 2010 Danielle joined ChildFund as an Ambassador. After permanently moving to Australia, Danielle is ChildFund's first transtasman Ambassador representing ChildFund in Australia and New Zealand.

In 2016 Danielle visited Cambodia where ChildFund has been supporting 20,000 children and their families. Previously in 2012, Danielle visited northern Vietnam to help draw attention to the plight of children and families in remote villages struggling with poverty and severe malnutrition.
